A brown and white tie dye tshirt

Used some onion skins to tie dye a stained tshirt #dye #naturaldye

A quilt top (known as a flimsy) made of 1” red, purple, pink, and white squares arranged in a chain link like pattern (triple Irish chain). The red,purple, and pink squares form diagonal lines across the quilt leaving squares of white.

The finished triple Irish chain valentine’s flimsy! Not sure if I will turn it into a blanket or into something else (a jacket perhaps?). Still playing around with the excess strips.

Adding a brick path to our side yard. First step was to dig a trench, now we’re laying down a layer of gravel and tamping it down before adding the final layer of bricks on top.

Log cabin is such a great block. There are sooo many variations and even just rotating the piecing gives wildly different results. Your block looks great!

I love reuse projects! The prints on those sheets will make for a great jacket

All the blocks have been completed for the double Irish chain. Next I will iron them (again…) and sew them all together #quilt #doubleirishchain

Finished the first sock. Started the second and it’s about twice as big- I need to learn better color work tensioning

A quilt made from blue jeans: several pairs of jeans have been cut into 2 inch wide strips. These strips have been woven together to make a grid pattern and then have a small light blue thread tie in the middle of each grid holding the strips to a backing fabric made of an old white tablecloth

This is a quilt in progress made from old blue jeans and a stained tablecloth.
