I can’t imagine being in this much pain and CHOOSING to do it more than once?! Biology is so freaking weird. Also, women are incredible. No wonder so many cultures had to make up this myth that women are somehow weaker and inferior. They saw birth and panicked at our power.

I love my little sister so much, and seeing her in labor all day today and seemly hours to go I can’t help but feel emotional. It’s so hard to see the pain, both what she went through to get here, and what she still has to go. She’s genuinely the strongest person I know.

I don’t know how other people with siblings cope. My little sis is having her first kid the week and I’m so nervous.

We’re here because

As someone who has never intentionally stolen anything, who didn’t watch a PG-13 movie until my late teens, or a rated R movie until I was 20, it couldn’t have been a weirder person for the system to go off on.

I love self-checkouts but it’s kinda funny when you are innocently purchasing a Grinch sweater and an old family friendly DVD and the computer thinks you are committing theft and underage movie watching. 😆

The checkout also alerted them when I folded a sweater. Apparently the system thinks you are folding something into the sweater when you do that. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyway, it was funny because I was using the self-checkout and it wouldn’t let me purchase it without an employee verifying that I was over the age of 17. She jokingly asked “are you over the age of 17; old enough to watch a children’s movie?” 😆

I bought a $5 DVD of The Wizard of Oz at Walmart today. I love physical media, I only have it on VHS, and it isn’t on any of the streaming services I use, so I thought it was a good purchase for me. I also have a commentary to accompany it that I want I watch.
