My MIL takes the train up to Decatur when she comes, I would take the train given the choice, but with an almost 3yo, and all of the stuff, it's definitely hard.
But it is a great way to get to the airport!

I can still be mad about it though

Completely earnest: go learn to officiate a sport, any sport.
Watching the youths learn sports is impactful and, if you do baseball or basketball, you can work games all year. And often get paid in cash.
Also do you know how fun it is to tell an adult to shut up and sit down? Glorious

I've flown through to FCO and HOU in the last two months and whew, there is no comparison about how nice of an airport ATL is. Like, a marvel of process. I've never lost a bag and the number of times the bags are waiting at the carousel by the time you make it up the escalator is incredible

Anybody talking shit about ATL as an airport has zero idea about how good it is as a transportation center. Too bad MARTA sucks* and it forces everybody to drive.
*MARTA could be great, but the racism of leadership and OTP folks will take a long time to deal with

Finance bro is asking for me to make updates to PowerBI reports that were completed 3 months ago. This is the same guy complaining about the fact that medical costs are rising through the end of the year.
My guy, I am relatively new here, but are you?

I realize that it's hard for these nerds to understand, but yes, people tend to go to the doctor later on in the year. That leads to costs rising. No amount of spreadsheet finagling and/or mitigation is going to change this.

There was a young lady in my major who drove up from Atlanta every T/R for classes! Obviously the name is better, but Georgia State was still a good choice! She was from an immigrant family so I guess I can understand there might be some cultural differences
