The first issue is just going to be sheer computing power. There are about 10^12 synapses in a human brain. A good CPU has 10^9 transistors.

As a therapist: depends on which classification system/ philosophy we're using. If we were still in the DSM 4, yeah, that's absolutely the sort of thing that would have it's own disorder. Under the current zeitgeist of clustering similar things though, it's just a symptom.
