In Manchester, where buses have been in public control since January, average fares have reduced by 15%, usage is up 4% on the year, punctuality is up on major routes by ~80%, and revenue is 4% over target.

In this thread I use it to uncover a truly shocking and unexpected case of hidden ownership.
