I’m not usually this guy but I wish they would hire an editor. This headline states that the semifinal would be against Czechia not that this game is against Czechia. An easy fix, although perhaps a little clumsy, would say “Facing Czechia Canada Looks To Punch Ticket To Semifinals”.

What does it mean that “it’s not an issue?” Surely, we want more offense in the game and just because other leagues can make it work doesn’t mean it would in the NHL. College basketball uses a 30 second shot clock but that doesn’t mean I want to NBA to adopt it.

Goalies playing the puck in the corner dramatically slows down the game though. It essentially adds a 3rd dman to break up a forecheck and you aren’t allowed to touch them.

It must be nice for all the rest of the Canadians to be able to cheer for McDavid for a change. He really is a treat to cheer for every game.

His “defense” of his stance doesn’t even defend his position and in fact provides multiple points of reference for the other side. Shouting “context matters” is not a defense for your hate.
