Will be interesting to see the posture that people take around this today. For my part, I'm glad to see that the white supremacists continue to make it clear how anti-Black and racist they are. It goes to the very top. This is what their weaponization of "woke" was always about.

American flags that flew in 2006 were at least partly a capitulation to patriotism, an effort to present the demonstrators as hardworking, loyal, etc. (esp. after 9/11). The subtext was to contrast themselves to the "criminal element," and we know who they are.
