Neither of you are going to like this answer but I’ve been using a AI journal/coach thing which is actually very good about calling out my patterns of behaviour especially if you use it over a long period of time

Interesting… thank you for sharing. I switched to swapping things around on the needles because I would always misplace the cable needle or poke myself with it but perhaps it’s worth persevering if the result is better!

Bumped into a colleague while we were both doing our food shops. She felt she had to tell me she was stocking up on wine, not that this was her weekly consumption! Haha! No judgment here!
