I have not read either of these and have a vague memory of doing something on The Odyssey at school. (In the UK)

Christmas movies & romcoms are my least favourite genre, and it's not about the schmaltz, sappiness or whatever.

Its the stupid plot lines about magazine writers "needing a story". It's the most low stakes, uninvolving, unrelatable BS known to man.

Now onto Revenge of the Ninja, where the finale is maximum ninja greatness.

Except for the opening to Ninja III: The Domination. Which is quite possibly the best piece of ninja cinema ever filmed.

This one often gets cut, even the 101 blu was the cut version. They remove a lot of little violent moments and also one very uncomfortable sexual assault. The latter is just a cutaway that gives all the required evil mood as the full scene is unnecessary. The cut shurikens etc is WRONG tho!

They have zero connection other than Kosugi being in them and being made by Cannon.

Anyone got the recent ZAZ 4K collection? I watched Naked Gun and it seemed...pale?

I have not touched the settings on my tv since my initial 4k tinkering but the skin tones feel very muted. But maybe that's how it was regraded, it was my first viewing so can't compare.
