Dead Man’s Hand, Rebels and Patriots, Pikeman’s Lament, Frostgrave, Rangers of Shadowdeep, Devilry Afoot and board-game player. More than a passing interest in historic buildings and landscape. Occasional wildlife photos when it stands still.

A cluttered view of my Nevarro gaming board. Lots of grey buildings on a grey tabletop. There is an imperial banner flying proudly over the city gateway. There’s a white shuttle in the background and lots of gubbins dotted everywhere.

Afternoon everyone 🙂 I've made another little promo post over on OSHIROblog and this time it's about the sci-fi ranges I do.

There’s a large gallery of piccys at the bottom if you get that far 😁

The towers at Goodrich are great. Mostly built in the mid to late 13th century. The keeps earlier, being built in the12th century.

An overhead view of my Victorian riverside set up. The Thames is at the bottom looking very silty, there’s a tug docked against the side with a large warehouse behind it. In the right is a boats workshop that has a surrounding wall. On the left is a Fairburn crane on a stone plinth and behind that is another warehouse. There are a few bits of scatter placed here and there but the photo was taken before the game started so there’s no figures.

Should’ve posted this a bit earlier but there’s a Victorian promo post over on OSHIROblog. Same sort of layout as the previous promos; a few words, a few pictures and a gallery at the end 👍

Did you know about Severn Bore?

It's an amazing local phenomenon. The funnel shape of the Severn Estuary and high tides combine to produce a wave that surges up the Severn, travelling as far as Tewkesbury.
