Yesterday the nurses were so damn patronising to the elderly people getting cateract surgery and it made me so depressed. On my other visit they were lovely, but this time it was horrid and oh its awful getting old. Imagine being 90 and going home alone after eye surgery.

I do adore the damn cat but he's between my damn legs and has been trying to knead me in the crotch. It's a bit much.

Sertraline was fantastic for my anxiety, took it for post natal depression and it made me almost a normal person for a year or so, then it numbed me so much that I just wasn't living. It's a hard choice. I came off cold turkey and became psychotic which was not fun

My favourite was when a friend made a memorial artwork of a dead dog for someone and she got a death threat because the artwork of the dead dog had too long nails. I do think we all can get sucked into performative outrage, it's quite addictive. Have to keep taking the piss out of ourselves.

A third of one of my teeth appears to have fallen off in the night and there is no dental treatment at all here until it swells up so badly I have to go to Casualty so I'm in for a fun month I guess.
