for characters, what’s important is to learn the radicals! brute forcing is sorta hard if you can’t put names to what the parts are made of, but the more basic radicals you learn the easier it’ll get, because then you start to realise everything is made of radicals!

everything is sorta vertical in knitting, so u gotta undo the part above it to get to the part and then reloop everything going up using the undid yarn. it should sorta look like a ladder when you undo stuff!! using a crochet hook can be useful for this too.
