Something I offhandedly said to one of my kids that maybe everyone needs to hear: We should not be looking up to or expecting anything honorable or good from celebrities 😐

I never worry about how I am perceived by my peers because I do not have peers. I have friends who support me, cowards who fear me, and fools who have not yet taken notice of me (but shall one day fear me)

Sometimes when people ask me why I’m wearing a mask I say I’m traveling or have some important thing soon and can’t afford to get sick and miss it and that’s pretty much always true but I think it would be nice if it were more normalized to just say “I don’t want to get sick” and leave it at that

That Trump statement last night was like horror comedy. Announced military action that he launched lacking any Congressional approval, while slurring and struggling to read his teleprompter, which he claims not to need, and Obama and Biden were bad for using teleprompters. Terrifying.
