Typhoid fever was easily passed because people didn’t understand the importance of washing their hands after using the toilet. Unclean hands caused a lot of deaths.

🤦🏻‍♀️ Pasteurization wasn’t done until the late 19th century. Giving milk from cows or goats or other animals was used for millennia before that. What kind of milk do you imagine that was?!

If you’re making the (ridiculous) claim that most children worldwide used to die from drinking raw milk, you’re going to need to provide a source that backs that up. Because infectious diseases like diphtheria, tuberculosis, and influenza have historically been the main cause.

This doesn’t prove any of the claims you made, other than that bovine TB existed in problematic numbers until around 1950. It DOES back up my claim that they tackled it primarily through testing cows for TB and eradicating those found positive.
