Okay, of course and not my argument. It will still get cold on occasion even with climate change. So I find it to be specious to blame climate change as an reason for the cold when it does happen and not that maybe in years past it occurred more often.

Yes! While it's had to disassociate what occurs when the the entire system is affected by something like climate change is gets a bit lazy to attribute everything, all the time, to it. Weather is chaotic and messy and a warming planet wouldn't end all wintertime cold air outbreaks or snowstorms.

I guess I don't quite understand the reasoning by those arguing that. Technically climate change does influence everything however just because we live in a warming planet doesn't mean the eradication of all cold out breakouts. A "noisy" world will still contain bouts of below normal temperatures.
