The environment is mostly Windows Servers.
We put the web apps in Services, so no need for IIS.
Cannot run on Admin, so lot of manual steps.
But I started to look into Aspire, the developer experience looks nice though.
It's what holding us back, we have to deploy to a non-internet environment. So no Azure...
