I don’t know Hogg’s policy stances, but I do know Old Guard Dems can either save democracy or they can save their jobs. Not both. Old Guard needs to step aside and let the party reinvent itself as the party of young and diverse progressives.

In my time in the Senate I've never seen a Senator treated this way. @padilla.senate.gov is carrying out his constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight and defend the people he represents. Absolutely shocking and disgusting way to handle a sitting member of Congress.

I think it will just open up other ways for people to contribute to society and putting us on the path to the future that we want to live in. Hopefully more meaningful and fulfilling than the soul sucking grind that most people endure to survive.

Absolutely! If we are going to combat climate change we need to reinvent manufacturing, and do it on a cleaner, more energy efficient, and localized smaller scale. Automation could actually enable this, if it were used responsibly, and workers were all unionized, or better yet stakeholders.

Of course I am perfectly happy, and fully support all of the magats that want to flee from here.

No one should be forcibly removed from anywhere! I am not willing to start a new better country by repeating the same evil mistakes as what we are trying to get away from.

That would not work, at least not is a civilized and amicable split. There is going to be enough resistance to allowing the liberation of blue states, but the minute we talk about forcibly removing the reds from red states there will be too much bloodshed.
