I don't I'm afraid, wish I did. When I was diagnosed several years ago I was happy, but I was diagnosed in February and had a minor breakdown in April. I did have other stressors at the time but one thing I found was diagnosis kind of stripped me of all my protections, everything turned up to 11.

I remember having to get a photo for a Chinese visa application which specified no piercings and yeah, that was a thing. I specifically chose the photo place based on it being 5 mins from my piercer so I went in, got them to take them all out, photo, back 20 minutes later to put 'em all back in.

Potato pie - it's not a pie - potatoes, cooked already, into a low oven dish and squished so they make the 'crust' of a pie, then fill the rest with beaten egg and whatever other fillings your heart desires. Top with cheese (and/or mix cheese in the eggs). Bake. Slice. Works hot and cold.

As far as I am aware they are the UK branch of Autism Speaks, so from my POV - not wonderful. But it's been a while since I looked into this. AS are known for support of wanting to 'cure' autism, and also therapies to make autistic children behave 'normally' even if it causes them pain.
