1/🧵 I should note that from the beginning, I knew the EHRC would withdraw their “interim update” guidance.

My aim was to make it untenable for them to defend the position that segregation of trans people is mandatory. And I think that strategy has been successful.

That doesn’t mean we can stop.

Today, we and the Trans Exile Network have made a joint submission to the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law regarding the UK Supreme Court's judgment in the For Women Scotland v. Scottish Ministers case of April 2025.
