@chrislhayes.bsky.social You should know that if anything, ICE has stepped up random actions under Homan. Multiple reports today of ICE blocking Interstate exit ramps to inspect drivers/passengers of cars trapped- waving thru white people and holding brown people. This is gonna get worse.

Yup! Homan is expanding targeted operations to include protesters using the Signal app. This is going to get far worse in the next 72 hours.

Dakota Co Sheriff did interview on FOX9 on how they do cooperate with ICE as policy to alert to presence and pending disposition of lockups. Homan just lies. And he indicated that they are targeting people using the Signal app. ICE is not targeting criminals; they are expanding targets to protestors

He also indicated that he has plans to target protestors that use the Signal app. This is going to get markedly worse in Minnesota; ICE targeting is expanding to white moms that use cellphones.

Anyone that thought that Homan in Minneapolis was going to improve the situation, let me be clear here, I am watching his presser live and based on his words, it will only get worse. Oh, and he has added protestors that use whistles and Signal to communicate as targets of their effort.
