One of my tablets is dispensed in sixes. You should not be debilitated and if they have changed, get a referral to a neurologist. Migraine symptom changes can be indicative of more serious conditions. Do Not Google that.

Yes to the optician. Then yes to the quack if nothing found and don’t let them rob you off. My migraine symptoms changed after I got covid and saw head doc and he said I should have been on something for years. Had 3 since going on regular preventative meds in 12 months. Huge improvement to life.
