I moved to Cincy from ATL in 2011 and was horrified… by the time we moved back to ATL in 2019, we were trying to figure out how to bring it back with us. Skyline is amazing.

Sorry for your loss… music is such a powerful way to stay connected to our past. I listen to stuff and am transported in my mind to those moments. Love it.

Same here… I have started annotating on a post it as I listen to each album… grade the record and cover, estimate a value, add any trivia I might have on the band, album or artist, and put it on the sleeve. That way my kids or the next owner will have a little something to go on.

230+ days later, it finds a new home. After 30+ years schlepping around with me, it’s off to Maryland for a new lease on life.

It’s always seemed crazy that we take followers/likes/views numbers at face value when literally every other truth is regarded with utter skepticism. Like… I have HS numbnuts friends who get 100k views on a TikTok and think they’re famous.
