Been a while friends, I’m sorry. Been working my ass off and got my EMT accreditation again. Had it on the east coast but 2yrs lapsed and you have to redo a full course.

184 hours later, I made it.

1 of 13 from 55 last March 17th.

EMT class 1st week done!

5am wake ups, 7pm home & absolutely going knee deep with material to learn. 10 chapters every week.

Going to my fave bar to have a small victory meal.

Really looking forward to next week but also nervous still. Loving the instructor, he’s been fantastic!

Oh wow, that’s crazy! And yeah if I go out I’ll mask up and I’ve been sharing a lot of info on masks to use and air purifiers for the home too on insta and FB. Been trying to stay inside as much as possible though unless necessary.

For sure and glad y’all are far away from all this. Last Tuesday when it all started I had ash at my doormat even. But that was the day the sky was just a mass cloud of smoke.

Glad you’re safe and yeah the air is a bit of a toss up depending on area. Better to stay indoors or wear a mask either way.

This is bad, it’s even bad in Ktown and everyone’s masked up due to the smoke and ash. I even had some ash buildup at my doormat when I walked out to go fill up my car.

This is the worst I’ve ever seen it in my location in all seven years here.

This miasmic sepia happening right now even in Ktown I never want to see ever again. This is insane.

I’m at a loss for words watching coverage of these fires. I can’t even continue. Saw the empty lot of a where just a brick chimney was left. That’s it.

I just hope all the people, pets, wildlife, get out & fire/ems/rescue stay safe.

If I taught a sciences based class I’d probably just bring in a cat.

It’s absolutely a major pet peeve of mine. 😂

My wish for 2025 is that YouTubers will stop holding lavaliers in their hands or clipping the massive ones on their hats.

There’s a lot of great working of old school scenes or allusions to past Indy movies. Either via set pieces, vignettes, props etc… but really nice for a new storyline and keeping things fresh!

This will for sure be one I go back to often and may be a 100% completion for me.

This new Indiana Jones: game has made me feel like a kid again.

Ghe visuals are stunning, dialogue feels true to the character & filmography, as well as new plotline feeling it could just puzzle piece into any timeline with him.

If you’re able to buy and play it, I very much so recommend it!

Watched CONCLAVE today. Holy shit besides the cinematography being beyond stunning, the post-grade reds being so deeply rich and well balanced, but the twist—THE TWIST.

Truly for the first time in a long time I didn’t see that coming. So well handled too. Absolutely stunning film.
