Thing is US society doesn’t really help people to be healthy- junk food and monster portions of food, and having to drive everywhere. Late 19th century UK gov realised what bad shape the general pop was in when conscripted soldiers were so unhealthy. Time for USG to push healthy policy for all.

Kindness takes strength, dignity and intelligence. Just think, when the world around us feels irredeemable, the strong choose kindness and generosity, knowing that so many are suffering and need help. We need to be these sorts of people.
