the one thing that’s annoying is it’s hard to stay in the loop w events and insta on computer/browser makes reposting stories very hard. but it feels so much better that largely the internet is designated to my laptop now and not a big hole in my phone i get stuck on for hours at a time

I deleted instagram and tiktok from my phone and it’s crazy my brain feels better has anyone else thought of this
