Had an idea today for a battle mechanic today. Before there were no critical hits but now if you attack just as an enemies attack bar is full you’ll deal extra damage. Careful though cause attacking an enemy while its attacking will miss #indiegame #rpg #pixelgames #retrogaming #gamedev

Chrono Trigger for the modern age. This looks amazing!

I'd love to see a 16-bit (or even 8-bit) demake of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 in an FFIV-type style. The soundtrack as chiptunes, the graphics in simpler, classic pixel JRPG style of the era, the battles having QTE timing mechanics but they're simpler, etc.

Maybe one day... Tomorrow comes.
