I just posted my naive questions related to macroeconomic impacts of all this going on for decades. Is as if Western corporate and political listened to Bill Browder and decided that they needed the same.

I’m starting to think that these networks had macroeconomic consequences. That Mandelson wasn’t just taking a cut for himself and his friends. Was he restructuring global trade? Was he ensuring the decline of UK/EU economies? How much drag was he effecting over the course of decades?
