Read the ruling and you'll find that the tribunal found Beth Upton to be calm and largely credible, and they accepted her account of the 2023 incident concluding that Peggie had deliberately engineered a confrontation, and had, in fact, harassed Upton.

There were no other complaints.

A year after my GP referred me to a gender identity clinic i wrote to tell them I'd moved -- they replied and said they'd never received the referral. Fortunately my GP had kept receipts. (The GIC backed down and put me on the waiting list with my original date of referral.)

I got my ADHD diagnosis through NHS RTC (right to choose) but my new GP says my RTC organisation is not on their approved list and refuses to prescribe my meds: do I have to go through whole process again?

(Currently RTC provider is prescribing but it's a pain and for how long?)
