Up until 30 minutes ago, the biggest concern for this girl was that for some reason she hadn’t been given her breakfast this morning. Just left her at the vets for her knee surgery- so I’m now feeling thoroughly traitorous (it has to be done if she’s ever going to walk/ run normally again) 😢

It looked like the stepping stones were not an option during today’s run. I had to go further upstream & use a good old fashioned bridge to get over the torrent. This was supposed to be a halfie but turned around a little early because i just wasn’t feeling it #RunningPunks

This girl is not happy. She went chasing imaginary foxes in the garden yesterday morning & came back on 3 legs. Confirmed ruptured ACL (every runner’s nightmare). Looks like surgery & a long rehab (she did the same thing to the other leg 3 years ago).
