I could handle that in my teens. Not now ๐ฌ
Im fussy about my no sugar tea though. It has to be Assam. PG at a pinch
I used to have 2 teaspoons of sugar in my tea and a mountain of sugar on my weetabix. The trouble with sugar is you get used to it, and it doesn't taste as sweet. Now I've got rid of the empty calories, and my mouth microbiome has improved, a spoonful of sugar tastes far too sweet to handle.

The result? Research is none existent (which could be used to make vaccines even safer) and NHS has no treatment pathways

Am I completely barking up the wrong tree, or is this a possible mechanism for vaccine induced ME/CFS or PCVS?

Trying to work out what caused a new reaction? Did you check stacking?
Eg sorbitol causing diarrhoea.
Apples previously fine, few cherries, no probs. That small plum.. OK , but eating all 3 in a short space of time instead of 2g sorbitol you might be eating 5-10g
Histamine can stack like this too.
The biggest risk perception is doctors who form an opinion of their patient within 10 mins without doing any tests and prescribe/refuse to prescribe based on that alone ๐

The mechanisms of this type of reduced reaction must surely have wider implications for immune dysfunction and MCAS. It works for some and not others also sounds familiar
