I read that as citicholine at first ๐Ÿ˜† which Im interested in as it's been used for neuroinflammation. It's an OTC supplement

I used to have 2 teaspoons of sugar in my tea and a mountain of sugar on my weetabix. The trouble with sugar is you get used to it, and it doesn't taste as sweet. Now I've got rid of the empty calories, and my mouth microbiome has improved, a spoonful of sugar tastes far too sweet to handle.

Is the system letting down people who were harmed by Covid vaccines? People affected by rare blood clots say they feel they have been airbrushed out of the pandemic.

....and its stuff like this which drowns out the fact that a small minority really do suffer from long term effects post vaccine.
The result? Research is none existent (which could be used to make vaccines even safer) and NHS has no treatment pathways

I find lymphatic /glymphatic massage and craniosacral therapy really helpful.

Trying to work out what caused a new reaction? Did you check stacking?
Eg sorbitol causing diarrhoea.
Apples previously fine, few cherries, no probs. That small plum.. OK , but eating all 3 in a short space of time instead of 2g sorbitol you might be eating 5-10g
Histamine can stack like this too.

Parkinson's: Could changes in speech be an early sign? Changes in speech and voice might be the first sign of Parkinson's disease, according to an algorithm designed to facilitate early diagnosis.

Parkinsons can be detected through voice.
This is definitely the case with the people I know who became more softly spoken, eventually needing physio to help with speech in the latter stages

Look at that bounceback ability ๐Ÿ˜ I reckon this is the first sign of going from moderate to mild. You get to know what your body can do and relatively quickly return to resting HR. Be very careful if HR rises slightly with a bug. It really throws it off.

If you compare LC and other post viral illnesses to illnesses with successful research and subsequent treatments like HIV, it's a very poor cousin. Very disabling but doesn't kill=less urgency, no decent biomarker and has subsets=less targeted research, advocacy is watered down by media response...
