I live in IL-3 (Delia Ramirez's district) and I haven't gotten a single Raja mailer. My guess is that they aren't paying attention to the more progressive areas of the city and that is going to cost him.

He's always pitched himself that way -- his original ads for Congress were just people trying to pronounce his last name and him saying "just call me Raja." I think it's going to be less effective this time around.

The last polls before this one had Stratton at ~10% or below and now she's up 13 points. He was hovering right around the same place. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot still change in this race because most people haven't tuned in at all, including local media.
