We start training Tuesday and someone already dropped out. And of course it was an overnight night shift person 🙃

It is truly baffling. I have 16 other staff, a whole mountain of job responsibilities, demands from every which way…and she just really cannot deal with it when I let her know I will respond when I can.

I have a staff member who is so incredibly impatient that if I don’t respond to her text within minutes, she will start emailing me and texting other coworkers to see what I’m doing. 🤦🏽
