I think of it as three levels:

1. Concentration Camps - people rounded up and kept in deliberately inhumane conditions without access to legal representation.
2. Labor Camps - Concentration Camps where people are forced to be slaves.
3. Death Camps - Concentration Camps where people are murdered.
