I see posts like this and I'm just shocked that these people are incurious and gormless these people are. I was constantly thinking about ways I could have improved cheap fixes and felt so terrible when I left things incomplete or with known error surfaces. But these people just don't think?

I remember feeling so bad that I used a user level cron job to throw a 2 line bash script against a faux-web_api and a sql health check and had it bounce to a dashboard on my work desktop. It was such a simple and stupid workaround for systems monitoring.

One of the strange things about Schizotypal thinking is having two (or more) thoughts/beliefs that might even conflict with each other. Because of this I find myself using 'belief' as a clarification at the end of a statement.

Example: I feel/think/know X but I believe Y.
