It depends on what all you’re after (I.e just wanting specific genres or certain shows). I had it for a bit, but mostly stuck to their sci-fi offerings

That said, highly recommend watching LIFE ON MARS and ASHES TO ASHES of you haven’t done so already — make sure to go into it as blind as possible.

The only frustrating thing is that the mold is isolated to one corner and it's going to take a few more blasts to take care of it. For now though, I won't die while I'm in the space.

Workspace is about 15% back to normal. Just having to work out something for the floor but in the meantime, I can do basic recording again.

It feels like I’m really starting out of the rut. Also the Thunderbirds March on loop while I work helps.

i fucking hate that the bulk of my posts on here have been asking for help, but this is cutting into my livelihood now. my skin's a total mess because of night scratches and other BS and it's a nightmare trying to see my doctor about it since he's a month out.

UPDATE: doctor sat on paperwork for a week but it finally got sent out. But it's still taking forever to get everything approved and scared this won't happen before the supposed shutdown.

physically a mess in the meantime. and will have to miss more work until this clears. please share.

My next trick - rigging a makeshift air filter for the basement and rebuilding the home studio. Have to lug carpeting downstairs and do something about all the dust. Lend me your energy folks....

Newly arranged shelf unit in the hallway - now including items rescued from the basement before the flooding.

Have slowly started to put things back together from the flood salvage.

One of the big things was that my folks had a three shelf setup of DVDs/BDs -- most I can't sell since Mom cut the cases into slimpacks

Finally said screw it and got rid of the slimpacks. Less stuff to take back down now.

Quick updates:
- Was able to stave off disconnection of power
- Basement dry; had to mop underneath my bed
- No mold behind studio walls, but foundation wall crack is
- Was able to get a friend to help with lawn

Thanks to everyone to supported me thus far. It's slow and steady with the progress.

My buddy's basement flooded over the weekend, leaving him in a really tight spot.

Please help out if you can.

Hate doing this but with the cut work hours, I'm struggling to stay on top of this and bills. Currently living like a packrat with all the stuff in my living room and killing packs of flies that are congregating in my kitchen because of the overgrowth. It's been so mentally/emotionally taxing.

Survived the storm but I'm going to have to open Ko-fi up again. Desperately need to get:
- laundry baskets
- bookshelf (for rescued stuff for upstairs)
- groceries
- my lawn fixed (haven't been able to mow in months. storms brought in bugs)

Basement flooded last night. Thankfully, it was only just about an inch and the water is drained, but we’re getting a second round later tonight.

Thankfully, all my VO/streaming tech is safe and undamaged. Currently enduring the right of passage of saving all my collectibles before a disaster.
