I'm glad he got away.
Aren’t Jacobson vs. Massachusetts and Zucht vs. King still controlling precedent. It would be worrisome if this SCOTUS overturned them. And more so if they do so on the shadow docket without having a hearing and then explaining their rationale.

He’s going to admit that he lost the 2020 election, and that he knew that all along. That the Big Lie was actually a lie.
He won’t ever face criminal consequences for his lies. And he is term limited. His admitting that now blunts its effectiveness as a tool for Democrats to use in 2026/28,
