The location is London Victoria railway station. On the left a SouthEastern class 375 with it's headlights on. On the right Southeastern Class 465 painted in the red white and blue of Network southeast. The ground is a bit wet .
On a recent trip to London I finally managed to get a ride on 465908 from Orpington to Victoria.
