Our lab's newest preprint is out on deep spatial proteomics of ovarian cancer precursor lesions!
We demonstrate how ultrasensitive discovery proteomics can shed light onto early carcinogenesis, uncover cell-of-origin signatures, and prioritize novel drug targets.
