Maybe it wasn't a good idea to elect the dumbest, greediest, vindictive person in the world as President.

On this day in 1894, a French Jewish woman was born. She was interned in Drancy with her husband from where, on the 30 May 1944, they were deported to Auschwitz where they perished. One child perished in the Shoah & one survived. Her name was Jeanne Cain

You know what tv show was ‘woke’ years before Star Trek? Perry Mason… One episode had a white woman as the judge. One had a black man as the judge. The bailiff later was a young black man. Women had their own agency. Asian characters never were stereotypes. If you look up Paul Winfield’s…

Hey… if you’ve been carrying more. Not all at once — just in pieces. A thought didn’t finish. A feel set aside so things kept moving. Nothing dramatic. Just a quiet weight.

This is a place where that weight can sit for a bit.
This is Ink Radio.
Let’s pass on music.
So peeps stay human.

Black-and-white partially framed studio portrait of Winifred Goldring, an esteemed American paleontologist (1888–1971), shown in a classic head-and-shoulders view against a soft, shaded background. She has neatly styled graying hair pulled back, a calm and dignified expression with a slight smile, and is dressed in a dark V-neck blouse or dress, evoking early 20th-century formality. As the first woman to serve as State Paleontologist of New York (1939–1954)—a groundbreaking role as the first female in the U.S. and likely worldwide in such a position—she worked at the New York State Museum for over 40 years, starting in 1912 as a scientific expert in paleontology. She rose to become the museum's first female curator, authored key works on Devonian crinoids and the Gilboa fossil forest, pioneered innovative museum exhibits (including the famous 1924 diorama of a living Devonian seed fern forest), described stromatolites, and broke barriers as the first female president of the Paleontological Society (1949) and vice president of the Geological Society of America (1950). Her legacy includes advancing paleontological research, education, and public outreach on prehistoric life. #WomenInScience

Black-and-white candid photograph of Winifred Goldring in her fieldwork attire at Mount Rainier National Park in Washington, July 1928, captured on a scenic mountain path lined with tall pine trees and rocky terrain. She wears practical outdoor clothing including a cap, long-sleeved shirt, sturdy pants or overalls, and boots, and carries a walking stick or pole for support on the uneven ground, smiling brightly with evident enthusiasm for the outdoors. As a renowned paleontologist and geologist (1888–1971), Goldring was passionate about fieldwork from her youth, hiking extensively to study fossils and geology; her research focused on Paleozoic formations, including crinoids, stromatolites, and the iconic Gilboa Devonian forest fossils. She served as New York State's first female State Paleontologist (1939–1954), the museum's first female curator, and a leader in paleontology, creating groundbreaking exhibits and inspiring generations despite gender barriers in the field. If they are truly "only after dangerous criminals" ICE should not be able to lay a hand on ANYONE unless they have a warrant for that person. Random abductions of US citizens should be punishable. ICE should be held accountable for bodily injury, damage to property and loss of life.

ICE OUT NOW!

Just the worst people in charge all over, making decisions based on pure greed and vile hate. We as a society have allowed this to happen and nobody is coming to save us. There is no cavalry coming.

We fix this ourselves or languish under the boot of others.

The debate about what Alex Pretti did or didn’t do is irrelevant.

We finally know what happened to DOJ's (frivolous) misconduct complaint against Chief Judge Boasberg:

It was transferred by Chief Justice Roberts from the D.C. Circuit to Sixth Circuit Chief Judge Jeff Sutton, and Sutton dismissed it in a ... direct ... memorandum and order just two weeks later:

Context matters…

Dr Oz is using his position with the US gov to target the Armenian community in LA.

He’s of Turkish descent and has publicly engaged w/Turkey and Erdoğan.

Armenians are victims of genocide at the hands of Turkey. A historical fact they deny. Oz doesn’t acknowledge the genocide.
