behaviours. When I'm stressed, starving, or in a hurry, I just grab anything that taste good, or near me, without thinking if it's healthy or not. I need to change this by preparing healthy snack like fruits, for healthier choices. #beh353
One thing that I learned this week is that overdosing of vitamins and supplements can be harmful instead of beneficial for our body. For example, too much vitamin C can cause nausea, too much vitamin D can cause kidney failure, too much vitamin A can cause liver damage #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
12.03.2025 00:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Hi , vitamin D is essential for our body. Vitamin D plays an important role in our bone, teeth, and muscle function.
