I found the percentage of adults who are obese being more than 1/3 of the population new. The barrier I relate to is the lack of self regulation and preferring taste. I also have times where I can eat healthy for a period but once I start to crave the taste of something that isn’t healthy then I prefer that option. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

One thing I learned is that vitamin d supplements help reduce bone fractures and increase bone density which seems pretty useful as someone with a vitamin d deficiency. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
