Attempted to bake my feelings away today. Made a loaf of peanut butter chocolate chip banana bread and a loaf of peanut butter banana mochi bread. Both are good but feelings are still around 🙃

Having a full conversation about a thing, coming to an agreement, doing the opposite of what was said because you don’t trust them, then acting like you’re the victim bc they’re upset/hurt/mad and distancing themselves is absolute BS. Maybe instead of not trusting then claiming you’re trusting when you need them (which is manipulative af), you should just listen and trust them in the first place. Esp when they’ve proven multiple times that they listen and aren’t the problem. Maybe apologize and make amends instead of trying to justify and excuse your actions. I have repeatedly said I’ve zero bandwidth to deal with managing others emotions (which isn’t my job) and yet had to spend *my* *special* *weekend* managing multiple people instead of celebrating and relaxing. I’m done. I am exhausted.

This weekend has shown me who really cares for me so I am in my healing era and no longer accepting what I don’t deserve. Apologize and change or gtfo.

MH has a whole area that teaches you combat for each weapon type to help with this also!
