One time I travelled to the U.S.A . I flew Jetstar to Honolulu - then a domestic flight to Los Angeles- to avoid the huge queues on arriving international at L.A. Would that hopefully be a less traumatic entry to the U.S.A these days? Could there be a more laid back attitude there- less MAGA like??

So what do the Libs do with it..

Peter Dutton, the self-proclaimed torchbearer of Australian leadership, looks at Donald Trump—a man who apparently believes penguins are running export markets-and thinks, "Yes, this is the intellectual giant I aspire to emulate." And Michaelia Cash, bless her, doubles down by calling Trump a "man of action," promising Australians the same brand of brilliance under Dutton. Because who wouldn't want a government that mistakes uninhabited penguin colonies for thriving trade hubs? But wait, it gets better. Trump's tariffs, which are essentially taxes on consumers, now target Australian beef because we dared to prioritize public health over importing potentially mad cow-tainted U.S. beef. The logic? Punish Australia for not buying risky products, even though Americans themselves were buying our beef for the exact same reason. And let's not forget the mathematical wizardry behind these tariffs, which somehow managed to lump Norfolk Island and Gibraltar into the "countries" category. Truly, the "big thinker" is redefining global trade-one nonsensical policy at a time. If this is the leadership Dutton admires, Australians might want to stock up on popcorn. It's going to be a wild ride.
