The only advice he was given was from a volunteer who told him go to the parking garage that was uphill and far away which he clearly couldn’t do.

Every single time I am at the hospital (which is frequently) there’s an older, often disabled person flummoxed by the parking machines. I help them but what happens when no one is around? A lot of technology sucks
