If Moderna mRNA vaccine was statistically superior to an active control, then yes -- it would also beat a placebo control.
The FDA vaccine people seem to really want placebo controlled trials, damn the problems with ethics.

The FDA arugment is likely going to be that the clinical trial was not a placebo controlled trial (which would have dubious ethics). That is a dumb argument as the Moderna vaccine beat an FDA-approved vaccine.

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

Listen, people: We cannot have secret police in the U.S.

Masks are intended to stifle any accountability by ICE/CBP operatives.

It is indefensible in a functional democracy.
