Aligning AI with human intentions is a bit of an emergency! Open source has scaffolding, built over decades, to help. I built a small (experimental) MCP server to test how CHAOSS metrics might better align AI responses about OSS projects.

It's been interesting to become more aware of where products are made by who. Hills/Science Diet dog food is made in Kansas by Colgate Palmolive, why give them $ when there are better, local options.
