I blanched and froze mine. What I really need to grow is pintos and red beans to dry. I think I probably want as many of those as you want of the green beans.

I did runners up the side of a wall on a trellis one year and snap peas up it another year. That was a ton of veggies, friend. Bush beans seemed to work out pretty well, but we didn't have a good handle on quite how many we would end up with. (The answer was evidently all. All of the beans.)
