Archbishop Wood Faces Ecclesiastical Trial — ACNAtoo On December 12, 2025, the ACNA’s Board of Inquiry in the matter of Archbishop Wood announced that the presentment would proceed to trial. Wood will be tried by the Court for the Trial of a Bishop .

While the timeline of Wood’s trial is yet unknown, ACNA Chancellor Bill Nelson noted that the court would not address the Wood matter until Bp. Stewart Ruch’s trial process concludes. Bp. Ruch’s verdict is due December 16, 2025.
