Yes the writers make north of 300k a year but they are union protected and aside from them even the absolute top producers are not making that much

Fwiw these shows also rely on minimum wage interns and the shows that couldn't pay their interns just stopped having interns all together

Sorry what the fuck is Nate Silver on thinking that everyone who works at a late night show makes $250k a year. I made basically minimum wage half my time working in late night and i can assure you that has not changed for a majority of late night show staffs
