A bad day. ME symptoms have reduced enough for the guilt at not seeing mother for weeks to kick in.

Bless her. She rang to inform me she was very sick and only able to go out a few times last week.

I had a mad 5 minutes & bought compression socks.

I am tentatively thinking they help. I mean I feel better because I’m coming out of the Christmas crash, but I feel *noticeably* better.

I haven’t worn knee socks since high school but I think more are in my futures

Christmas trees. I adore all the Christmas pizzazz, Christmas Day I can take or leave, but sending cards, buying presents, decorating, mad Christmas clothes. All bring me deep joy.
